SPA BOOKING TERMS

By booking, you understand your information will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy

If you booked access to our health suite as an add-on, arrive at least 1 hour 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you wish to have one hour's use of our Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room.

Please show at our reception desk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete your consultation form.

Please be aware your appointment may be shortened if you arrive late, full payment is still due in this case.

Unfortunately treatments cannot be offered to anyone under 18 years of age.

Please note, our spa treatments and health suite may aggrevate any pre-existing medical conditions, therefore we recommend you check with your doctor before booking. We recommend having an allergy screening.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If 24 hours notice is provided a treatment can be rescheduled to another time at no cost, subject to our therapists' availability.

If cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the amount is charged and non-refundable.
 

If cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued. Please allow at least 2 working days for processing a refund. If you booked by card this refund will be subject to our payment processor and your card company's processing time.

If for any reason a treatment cannot be performed at the scheduled time due to our, or our therapist's behalf, you agree a refund is solely at the discression of management. Rescheduling will always be offered, subject to our therapists' availability.

HEALTH SUITE

Please note, our health suite is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or under 18 years of age. We recommend taking frequent breaks, drinking plenty of water and showering before & after.

COVID-19

You may already postpone your reservation to a later date with no penalty as long as 24 hours notice is given.

if you have symptoms of, or have tested positive for, COVID-19; or travel restrictions have been imposed which would impact your ability to visit, then 24 hours notice is no longer required.
